We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, extending once by a further 45 days where a request is complex — we will tell you if that happens. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

We update this policy when our practices or our providers change. Updates are published on this page with a revised date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will make it prominent on the website.
